The map below from the Great American Eclipse website shows the path of the total solar eclipse in gray. The areas outside of this path will observe a partial solar eclipse.
The Time and Date website has an interactive page where you can select the town you wish to observe the total eclipse and it will give you the information about the eclipse start and end times. This includes first contact and last contact for your town. Just enter your location in the Eclipse Lookup search field.
